Our focus lies in conducting secretarial audits and offering expert advice on complex corporate law matters. Since most of our clients have in-house teams managing routine compliance, we are not looking for routine execution skills. Instead, we value professionals who can deliver strategic insights, uphold best practices in corporate governance, and address complex issues faced by large listed entities. A comprehensive understanding of corporate actions and a problem-solving mind set are key qualities we expect in our team members.
Financial Consulting– We are seeking dynamic individuals with qualifications such as CA, MBA, CS, or other allied degrees who are passionate about building a career in the financial services sector. The ideal candidates should possess a strong blend of knowledge in financial regulations, accounting standards applicable to financial instruments, and corporate tax matters related to the financial industry. Our client includes both banking and non-banking financial institutions. Fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
