Over the years, She has advised a diverse portfolio of clients—including startups, SMEs, and listed companies—on matters ranging from company incorporation and compliance management to secretarial audits, FEMA regulations, legal drafting, and representation before regulatory authorities such as ROC, RD, and NCLT. She is Known for her detail-oriented and practical approach, she is committed to supporting businesses in maintaining robust governance standards while ensuring full legal compliance.
She is practicing as a Company Secretary for over 22+ years and Founder of R.A Daga & Co. Company Secretaries. CS RACHANA DAGA holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the ICSI.
